REFUND POLICY

At PANACHE we want to guarantee your satisfaction. For this reason, we offer a returns and refunds policy that complies with the regulations in force in Brazil and the European Union.

RETURN TIME

You have the right to return your order within 7 calendar days from receipt of the product, without having to justify the reason.

RETURN CONDITIONS

For the return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:

The product must be in its original condition, without signs of use, damage or modifications.
It must be returned in its original packaging, with the accessories and all the documentation that accompanies it.
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of used or damaged products, except in cases of manufacturing defect.
RETURN PROCESS
Send a request to support@panache.com, indicating the order number and the reason for the return.
Once the request is approved, we will provide you with shipping instructions.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective products or errors in the order.
REFUNDS
Once the product is received and its condition is verified, the refund will be processed within 14 business days.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS OR ERRORS IN THE ORDER
In the event of receiving a defective or incorrect product, the shipping costs will be covered by PANACHE.
We will arrange for a replacement product or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
