At PANACHE, we are committed to providing you with a fast, reliable delivery service at no extra cost. Here are the details of our shipping terms:

1. DELIVERY AREA

We deliver throughout France. Currently, we do not offer international deliveries to other countries.

2. DELIVERY COSTS

Delivery is completely free for all orders placed on our site.

3. DELIVERY TIMES
The estimated delivery time varies from 5 to 12 business days, depending on your location.
Times may be affected by unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, logistics delays or holiday periods.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to track your package.
4. ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed within 3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed outside of business hours, on weekends or on public holidays will be processed the following business day.
5. TRACKING DELIVERIES
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a link to track your package.
If you do not receive the notification or encounter tracking issues, please do not hesitate to contact us.
6. DELIVERY DELAYS

While we do our best to meet delivery times, we cannot be held responsible for delays due to external factors, such as logistical issues or unforeseen circumstances of the carrier.

7. LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package is not delivered or arrives damaged, contact us immediately.
Visible damage must be reported within 48 hours of receipt so that we can initiate a claim with the carrier.
In the event of loss during delivery, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.
8. ADDRESS CHANGES

If you need to change the shipping address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already been processed or shipped, no changes will be possible.

9. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
We do not ship to PO boxes.
Some rural or remote areas may not be served. In this case, we will contact you to find the best solution.
